In consideration of the COVID-19 Pandemic Perlo’s Restaurant has made several operational changes pursuant to guidance from the State of New York and the Monroe County Public Health Services in order to help combat the virus as follows:
The first and most noticeable change you will experience is our inability to offer in-restaurant seating until further guidance.
Our hours will be slightly modified closing at 8:00 P.M. instead of 10:00 P.M.
We will continue to offer take-out aka curbside touchless pickup including wine.
Our entire ala carte and catering menu is available for curbside pick-up.
As has been our custom our culinary staff will take every precaution in the preparation and packaging of your food.
As has been our custom for many years every employee including culinary, servers, bartenders, server assistants and dishwashers are provided a uniform professionally cleaned by an NFS Certified Laundry.
All of our glassware, silverware, dishes and utensils are washed at 180 degrees in our professionally maintained NSF Certified high-temperature dishwasher. Ecolab routinely monitors our dishwasher and washing procedures to insure the highest level of chemical balance and sanitary outflow of wash ware.
As has been our custom for many years the entire restaurant including the kitchen and restrooms are deep cleaned and sanitized every day by our professionally trained cleaner.
Our kitchen staff, bartenders and owner are ServSafe Manager Certified. Graduates of this rigorous certification course earn the Servsafe Food Protection Manager Certification, accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Conference for Food Protection.
Perlo’s Restaurant is committed to the safety of our customers and staff and will continue to make operational and procedural changes as required by this very fluid environment in which we now live.
